Trey Wilson
Trey Wilson is a native San Antonian and graduate of Central Catholic High School. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Government and Economics from the University of Texas at Austin, and a Juris Doctor from St. Mary’s University School of Law in San Antonio, Texas.

While living in Austin, Mr. Wilson worked for the Texas House of Representatives and eventually served as legislative assistant to State Representative Ruth Jones-McClendon. His legislative service and law school graduation was recognized by the Texas House through adoption of H.R. 905 on May 13, 1997.

Mr. Wilson was admitted to practice before all Texas Courts in November 1997 and the U.S. District Courts for the Western District of Texas in July 1998. Beginning his law practice as a firm associate, Mr. Wilson primarily represented plaintiffs before the State and Federal Courts where he tried numerous lawsuits against insurance carriers and corporate giants. As the firm’s Social Security associate, he also handled hundreds of administrative cases.

Since that time, Mr. Wilson’s practice has broadened substantially, to focus on continuous, full-service representation of utilities, real estate developers, small businesses, associations and aggrieved individuals. Mr. Wilson routinely prosecutes and defends cases throughout the State of Texas and before the administrative agencies.

He is a member of various professional groups and associations including the State Bar of Texas, San Antonio Bar Association, SABA Natural Resources Section, SABA Litigation Section, Texas Trial Lawyers Association, Association of Trial Lawyers of America and Texas Water Conservation Association. He is also a proud member of the Texas Longhorn Foundation and San Antonio Texas Exes.

Mr. Wilson maintains a voracious appetite for Texas history and Longhorn football. He is an avid outdoorsman, barbeque master, and able water-skier, but considers his greatest accomplishment to be the health and happiness of his children, Jayton (12) and Bailey (4).
